Get a dark eyeliner and lipstick
1. Tilt your chin up and look down into a mirror so you can see your eyelids.
2. Using a Black liquid liner; draw a thin line along your upper lash lines.
3. Slightly curve the line upward at your outer corners and extend it out � inch.
4. Then lightly swipe you finger over a red lipstick and dab it on until your lips are filled in.
5. Blot with a tissue so the color is less intense, and then apply clear gloss.
